How do I know if a gown will fit me?
Sizing and measurements of each gown are provided in its listing. (When in doubt, you can find your desired gown on our "all gowns" page.) Each gown fits true to the sizing/measurements provided. Please send us a message if we can further assist you prior to placing your order. We'd be happy to help! In the rare case that a gown does not fit as anticipated, please reach out and we'll do our best to arrive at an aligned solution for all parties.
Can I try on a gown before my rental?
No, we do not offer try-ons ahead of your rental purchase. Our ability to provide budget-friendly beauty is supported by lower overhead. In lieu of try ons, we've provided sizing and measurements of each gown. Please send us a message if we can further assist you prior to placing your order. We'd be happy to help!
Why is there a $50 deposit?
Our $50 deposit policy confirms that the dress(es) you select is reserved for you on your desired date. Once the dress is returned in the same condition in which it was received, the deposit is refunded. If the dress requires cleaning and/or repairs beyond standard procedure or if items provided during your rental need to be replaced, these fees will be deducted from the $50 deposit.
What does an
in-state (local pickup) rental look like?
1 Pickup Day - 1 Photoshoot Day - 1 Drop Off Day
Pickups are in Parker, CO, most pickups are scheduled the day before the rental day or the day of if you prefer. Drop offs are after your photoshoot/event or the following day.
3 to 7 days before your rental you will get a text from us to finalize pickup & drop-off dates and times, your gown will be cleaned, pressed, and ready to rock in a protective garment bag.
What does an out of state rental look like?
2 Days Shipping to You - 1 Shoot Day - 2 Days Return Shipping.
Only shipped with FedEx 2-Day.
Tracking information will be shared with you upon shipment. Your dress will arrive 1-2 days before your selected rental date. Don't forget to save the box & included return label for your return!
Drop off to Fedex with return label after your photoshoot/event. (Note: If your event falls on Sunday, you may ship back on Monday.) Don't forget to send her home in her garment bag!
What if I need a gown longer than the normal rental timeframe or if I'm traveling with the gown?
For example: "I live in Colorado but I'm traveling to California for 4 days" or "I need the gown for a 2 day photoshoot".
This would be considered an extended rental, which is an extra $25 per day. If you are planning on traveling with a gown keep in mind it will take up a whole suitcase. We can also ship it to your hotel or local Fedex store near where you will be staying, for less stress while traveling.
